The study highlights the importance of immunologic heterogeneity in SCLC and provides insights into potential therapeutic strategies targeting NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity.<br /><br />Further research is needed to validate these findings in larger cohorts of SCLC patients and explore the clinical implications of using MHC I expression as a predictive biomarker for immunotherapy response in SCLC.
