The study provided novel insights into the function of LINC00629 in LUAD treatment and its regulatory role in tumor biology through the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. The research highlights the importance of LncRNAs in tumor progression and the potential for targeting LINC00629 as a therapeutic strategy for LUAD.<br /><br />In conclusion, this study demonstrated that LINC00629 is upregulated in LUAD tissues and cell lines. Knockdown of LINC00629 inhibits tumor progression and is associated with decreased β-catenin expression. The findings provide evidence for the potential of LINC00629 as a therapeutic target for LUAD. Further studies are needed to explore the therapeutic implications of this research and develop targeted therapies for LUAD based on LINC00629.
