The median number of dissected lymph nodes was 22, with no postoperative infections or 30-day mortality.<br /><br />### Conclusion:<br /><br />The preliminary findings affirm the safety and feasibility of uniportal RATS using the da Vinci Xi system. The results suggest effective outcomes with minimal complications in the short term, reflecting positively on the potential of uniportal techniques in thoracic surgery for lung cancer. The efficiency and patient recovery rates position U-RATS as a viable surgical approach warranting further exploration through larger, longitudinal studies.
