Immunotherapy appears least associated with hypogonadism risk. The study highlights that hypogonadism remains an underrecognized complication in NSCLC management amid improvements in survival outcomes driven by systemic therapies.<br /><br />Authors recommend prospective studies to clarify benefits of routine endocrine screening and potential testosterone replacement for these patients, aiming to improve quality of life, reduce fatigue, and maintain functional status. Current findings underscore the importance of monitoring hormonal health in men undergoing NSCLC treatment, especially those receiving targeted agents, to address this prevalent yet often overlooked clinical issue.
