This activity will take learners through five interactive, thoracic oncology case-based simulations, created by the top 5 2025 winners of the IASLC Academy’s Amazing Case Race. Each simulation provides a real-world scenario to exercise your decision-making skills with immediate results and feedback.

This activity is designed for multidisciplinary teams of medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, pathologists, histologists, clinical radiation oncologists, pulmonologists, radiologists and interventional radiologists, translational scientists, nurses, nurse practitioners, scientists, specialty pharmacists and physician assistants globally.

Upon, completion of this activity, the participants should be able to:

• Apply appropriate diagnostic workup, staging, and biomarker testing to guide treatment planning across locally advanced and metastatic NSCLC.
• Interpret molecular profiles and resistance mechanisms to inform precision-medicine approaches and personalized therapy selection.
• Evaluate multidisciplinary strategies for managing stage III and oligometastatic NSCLC.
• Assess evidence-based systemic treatment options to optimize outcomes in advanced disease.
• Integrate guideline-directed care for atypical presentations and ensure equitable testing and treatment in diverse patient populations.
