The International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) Staging Project is a global effort to study and improve the current staging system for lung cancer, mesothelioma, thymic tumors, and esophageal cancer. The third phase of the IASLC Staging Project concluded in 2024 and informs the 9^th edition staging system for the American Joint Committee on Cancer and the Union for International Cancer Control.

The Staging Cards, 9^th Edition, are a set of 22 laminate pocket-sized reference cards which are an excellent resource for those involved with the management of thoracic malignancies. This new edition of the Staging Cards includes quick references for staging lung cancer, thymic tumors, mesothelioma, and esophageal cancer and also includes a CT atlas and references for the 2021 WHO Classifications.
