How do I access my order receipts?

Upon successful transaction for a paid or free activity, a receipt will be immediately sent to the email address on file. To access your receipt or invoice, please visit the Payment and Receipts tab in the IASLC Member Portal here.  

How do I start or resume an activity I registered for?

There are multiple ways to begin or resume a course. The simplest way is described below:

  • Be sure you are logged into the IASLC eLearning site.
    • Check this by looking at the upper righthand corner of your screen. If you see your name, then you are logged in.
    • If you see “IASLC Login” without your name, log into the system by clicking “IASLC Login.”
  • Once logged in, click the “Home” tab, then scroll down to the “My Courses” section to select the course you would like to begin or resume.

How do I access my transcript or certificate?

There are multiple ways to view and download your transcript or certificate. The simplest way is described below:

  • Be sure you are logged into the IASLC eLearning site.
    • Check this by looking at the upper righthand corner of your screen. If you see your name, then you are logged in.
    • If you see “IASLC Login” without your name, log into the system by clicking “IASLC Login.”
  • Once logged in, click the “Home” tab, then scroll down to the “My Transcript” section and select the course to download a transcript or certificate.
